Fall outfit

My October just slipped away, I was constantly busy, celebrating my birthday, my friends' birthdays (seems like everybody I know was born this month!!) , catching a cold is always a fall tradition..( then travelling...ok...I'm done with excuses...finally I pulled myself together and have some time to make another post! Ta da!!!

Recently I was watching "The Holiday" movie AGAIN!!..)) and I gotta say Cameron Diaz (no offense Kate Winslet!!..)) has some outstanding outfits that are so up-to-date and fashionable this season as well! Take that gorgeous Christian Dior brown cozy coat for example!

By the way Blake Lively was spotted wearing very similar coat just last winter, while "The Holiday" came out in 2006! That just prooves that elegance and chic never go out of style!

Now living in the southern part of the USA I wouldn't be able to pull it off till probably mid January if so, but that inspired me to find a warm brown vest more suitable for our climate and that amazing Ugg handbag that is a must this season! Have to get it!

BLACK TUXEDO

I gotta say - total black look is not really me, as much as I love the drama..) I just have to add some color, vivacity to my image - here comes my red -red handbag..)  There is definately something sexy sharp about men wearing black suit and a tie, and back in old days - black hat as well. So refine and elegant. Now men don't care about style that much, flip flops work just fine!..) Tux is not for every woman yet it made a strong fashion statement this fall again, it's chic, confident and sleek. Personally I love it. Historically tuxedo in women's world is associated with glorious Yves Saint Laurent, who in the 1960s came up with the famous "le smoking" idea. Since then the tuxedo world evolved, as did the role of the woman in the society. The more independent we became, the more loose , free and relaxed turned the tux. That's where the womanhood meets  masculine approach. Meet, Mrs Black.

Должна признаться, тотально черный образ не совсем мое при всей моей любви к драме..) Ярко-красная сумка скромно напросилась принять участие в фотосессии, а я не смогла отказать. .) И так всегда: цвет и насыщенность, яркость и живость почти всегда сопутствуют моему выбору в одежде. Есть что- то особенно пронзительно- сексуальное в мужчине, когда он щеголяет в стильном, правильно подобранном черном костюме, галстуке, а в былые времена - и шляпе. Теперь нам, женщинам, приходиться радоваться, если мужчина хотя бы в пиджаке. Шлепки и бейсболка - вот сногсшибательный атрибут в современном мужском мире. На смену элегантности пришел комфорт, с этим не поспоришь. Однако благородный смокинг может изящно подчеркнуть не только мужскую фигуру, но и женскую! В истории  моды женский смокинг безусловно связан с именем преславутого дизайнера Yves Saint Laurent (транслитерировать его имя на русский манер для меня кощунство), который потряс критиков в 60е. С тех пор смокинг претерпел изменения, как и роль женщины в обществе. Мы стали более независимы, так и женский смокинг приобрел большую свободу и уверенность в крое и иной соблазнительный лоск, чем прежде.Тонкая грань между женственностью и мужской статью. Знакомьтесь, леди в черном..)

Hey, everybody! Back on track with ruby, garnet and bordeaux wine shades that are key note of the fall fashion 2011.  Warmth & richness of this color visually soften the image since my initial color association  is red wine that is supposed to be served warm.  The dress has to be chosen right in accordance with many factors starting with your skin color tone  and ending with the type of occasion and the time it's worn. For a  brighter stylish approach  and to avoid prosaic dullness I added  sort of fashion pun to my photoshoot in a deep ruby dress with studs on my  pumps and spikes on the cactus that just happened to be there..)

Всем привет! Продолжаю тему рубиновых и  гранатовых  оттенках, которые стали лейтмотивом модной осени 2011. Теплота и глубина бордовой гаммы зрительно располагают и смягчают образ, ведь его первичная цветовая ассоциация - красное вино, которое принято подавать слегка подогретым.  При выборе платья стоит учитывать различные факторы, начиная с цветотипа внешности, заканчивая типом мероприятия и временем его проведения.  Для более полного и яркого проявления своего стилевого решения и во избежание прозаичности я добавила в фотосессию органичный каламбур шипов на моих туфельках и колючего кактуса, который удачно оказался рядом..)

Burgundy chic

A little about burgundy. The fall itself with its deep natural colors dictate subtle invigorating shades from ripe rosehip to sangria and merlot wine palette. When your wardrobe needs a remix, and it always does..), it's always a good idea to start with something neutral. Burgundy serves the purpose perfectly. This fall it's beautifully paired with dark blue, deep green and for those who aren't afraid to take a risk - yellow with a hint of lemon. Wherever your imagination leads you!

Немного о бордовом. Сама осень диктует этот насыщенный цвет от оттенков спелого шиповника до рубиновой сангрии и ароматного вина мерло. Когда гардероб заслуживает эдакого ремикса, а это почти всегда так..) лучше всего начать с нейтральной палитры. Бордо - то, что надо. Этой осенью его можно выгодно сочетать с глубоким синим, изумрудным, даже лимонным - для самых смелых! А там - как позволит воображение!

Fall salad

There is nothing easier than making this delicious fall salad, you don't need a lot of components and all of them are good for your body. I use may for the kick of taste but many people would probably prefer olive oil. The recipe is simple - all you need is
 1 can of dark red kidney beans, about 50gr of ham (whatever you like), 1 bell pepper (red or yellow) and 1 tomato.
All you have to do is chop ingrediets in little cubes and layer them in the following order: beans, ham, tomato, pepper. Use little bit of may or olive oil between the layers and here you go. Mix it up before you serve..) It's a lifesaver when guests are coming and you have to come up with something fast!

Нет ничего проще, чем приготовить этот легкий осенний салат. Он яркий, воздушный, мгновенно создает волшебное настроение, правда, также быстро салат и улетучивается, так как  долго в холодильнике он не задерживается!..) Для рецепта вам понадобятся:
1 консервированная банка красной фасоли, ветчина - 50 гр (любой сорт, какой вам по вкусу), 1 сладкий болгарский перец, красный или желтый, и 1 помидор.
Все ингредиенты нарезать кубиками, смазать каждый слой майонезом , можно оливковым маслом, перед подачей - перемешать! Все - салат готов! Легко и просто!
